REM client: rp8.dll from REM-Client b23a113, 64-bit (RemGfx: no crash when the swapchain cannot be made again after a window size change - seen on a Snapdragon X Elite, Adreno X1-85)

Only rp8.dll is new; the other client binaries stay those of REM-Client 34f8df7. Built on the
Surface with toolset v145 (the rest with v143).
