Add the REM interface generators (tools) and ignore dumps, logs and server files
...
make_icon_3db, make_image_3db and make_hud_txm with their helpers, standalone
(the name CRC table is in flcrc.py). The .gitignore keeps crash dumps, logs,
traces, debug symbols and everything of the server out of the mod.

Module slots: hp_rem_module01 instead of hp_elite_shield_special_1
...
The boost modules and the 46 ships with HpVelocity use the new engine hardpoint type hp_rem_module01 (same model point); slot names MODULE SLOT 1..10 (IDS 524516..524525).
